With almost 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Hinolan pioneered Sensory Branding in the Philippines with AudioWAV Media Inc. This enterprise continues to expand in Asia with new technology and systems throughout the country and across Southeast Asia.

Mrs. Sicangco-Hinolan now serves as the Corporate Secretary and Vice President for Purchasing and Music Licensing at AudioWAV Media Inc. She holds nearly 10 years of experience and knowledge working with the company.

Benigno G. Hinolan II

operations PA & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION manager

The Operations Public Address Manager serves as part of the corporate management team. He manages implementation of effective and efficient operational, financial and compliance activities to deliver projects in public address in accordance with company policies, Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Guidelines, and client rules and regulations. The OPAM periodically contributes to the development of policies, processes and procedures that align with the best practices in project management.

Robert John Santos


As Business Acquisition Head, he leads a team of client acquisition professionals to meet the determined clients and proceed with growth objectives. Mr. Santos is responsible for mounting and executing all key growth sales strategies, direct the team’s focus, set goals, analyze data, as well as motivate and help create training opportunities. BAH works with a large profile client, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process, while maneuvers the action plans required to achieve financial goals/aim.

Dennis Robb King

The Operations Special Project Manager is responsible for the planning, development, management and implementation of the division’s program specifically on special project – LED Installation.

Mr. King performs duties with a high degree of independence, initiative and judgment. OSPM is   managing special projects and coordinating with the activities of a division, county and other agency personnel involved in the planning, development and implementation of the project.

Rene C. Dulguime


Mr. Dulguime is WAV’s first tech expert, he oversees the company’s hardware, software and computer networks. He monitors the network infrastructure while resolving system issues. The SITM handles IT performance management, network administration and system security.

Genevieve R. Hernandez

HR and Admin. Director

In 2 decades, Ms. Hernandez has established her extensive HR Generalist experience.  She ensures that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. She’s responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects, lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset benefiting the company and its employees.

HRAD is experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments.  Her goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

Jimmy Perez

Corporate Finance Officer

Mr. Perez is responsible for supervising investment on behalf of the company, use various strategies to manage funds, supervise creation of financial reports and work with the company to outline future financial goals and strategies.

He is an investment analyst who undertakes financial research and report on prospective investment avenues. Mr. Perez participates in our sound portfolio-management strategy by providing the necessary data for our decision making process.

Honeybeth M. Sullivan

Customer Success Officer

The CSO is responsible for developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Her primary objective is to take care of assigned existing clients, ensuring that each assigned client consistently has a high level of satisfaction with regards to service.
