Carlos Hinolan


Caloy founded WAV in 2003. He pioneered Sensory Branding in the Philippines with AudioWAV Media Inc., launching the first instore radio, scent, and digital signage systems. He led the development of WAV’s patented systems like AWMS AIO. Today, the company is literally beyond instore audio. WAV is doing verticals in IoT and Smart Disinfection, Food Delivery Platform, and other breakthrough technologies. WAV has done a 180 pivot thru the pandemic and continues to thrive under Caloy’s leadership.

Lanie Joie Sicangco

VP Merchant Acquisition Poodtrip

Lanie now serves as the Lead for Merchant Acquisition of Poodtrip, the company’s Food Delivery Platform, and also as WAV’s Corporate Secretary. She holds nearly 10 years of experience and knowledge working with the company. She has a degree in Managerial Accounting from the University of St. Lasalle.

Benigno G. Hinolan II

operations PA & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION manager

Benny oversees the Operations of PA Installations and Systems Integrations. He manages implementation of effective and efficient operational, financial and compliance installs to deliver projects in public address of the high standards. He periodically contributes to the development of policies, processes and procedures that align with the best practices in project management.

Robert John Santos


John is WAV’s Business Acquisition Head. He leads a team of client acquisition professionals to meet clients and proceed with growth objectives. He strategizes, plans, mounts, and executes key growth sales game plans, direct the team’s goals, analyze data, as well as motivate the sales team.

Dennis Robb King

operations Poodtrip and special projectS manager

Dennis heads the operations for Poodtrip. He is also the Operations Special Project Manager that is responsible for the planning, development, management, and implementation of the division’s program specifically on special project – LED Installation. Mr. King performs duties with a high degree of independence, initiative, and judgment. As OSPM, he manages special projects and coordinates the activities of a division, county, and other agency personnel involved in the planning, development, and implementation of the project.

Rene C. Dulguime


Rene is WAV’s Head for IT. He oversees the company’s hardware, software, and computer networks. He monitors the network infrastructure while resolving system issues. As SITM, he handles IT performance management, network administration, and system security.

Genevieve R. Hernandez

HR and Admin. Director

In 2 decades, Ms. Hernandez has established her extensive HR Generalist experience.  She ensures that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. She’s responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects, lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset benefiting the company and its employees. 

Jimmy Perez

Corporate Finance Officer

Mr. Perez is responsible for supervising investment on behalf of the company, use various strategies to manage funds, supervise creation of financial reports and work with the company to outline future financial goals and strategies. Jimmy is an investment analyst who undertakes financial research and report on prospective investment avenues. Mr. Perez participates in our sound portfolio-management strategy by providing the necessary data for our decision making process.

Honeybeth M. Sullivan

Poodtrip Merchant Acquision officer /Customer Success Officer

Honey is responsible for developing long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Her primary objective is to take care of assigned existing clients, ensuring that each assigned client consistently has a high level of satisfaction with regards to service.
